For the price of 250 euros a night, the attention to detail fell short. The room had a detached bathtub cover, a mini fridge that didn’t work, and lacking decoration with noticeable marks on the walls. The breakfast menu felt limited, with poor quality juice and a need for variety, including coffee choices. The pool area is small and wasn't very inviting. While advertised as adults-only, the presence of children in the pool made it feel crowded and less tranquil.

Spacious room, beautiful bathroom, my room had a lovely sea view and clean comfort that made resting after exploring the city enjoyable. The location was conveniently close to dining options and the beach clubs to ease any travel burdens from the public bus ride from the airport to the nearby station.

We enjoyed our stay in a beautiful room with a partial sea view and were impressed by the amazing breakfast spread that varied each day. The cozy pool area was a nice spot to relax, along with plenty of loungers for sunbathing. Just a heads up, it can get a bit crowded around the pool, but it didn't take away from our great experience! 🌞

We had a wonderful stay at Payam Hotel! The rooms are beautifully designed and super clean, with a lovely sea view from the terrace. The breakfast on the sea view terrace was delicious with a great variety of options. The staff were very welcoming and easy to communicate with, making our stay truly enjoyable.

The parking system was a bit inconvenient.

This hotel exceeded expectations with its spacious, comfortable room equipped with a beautiful balcony and perfect location nearby Kas Camping Beach. The staff, especially Emily, were incredibly helpful.

The Standard Double or Twin Room was impeccably clean and spacious, which really added to the comfort during our stay. The decor was beautiful, and we had a lovely view. The bed was super comfy, making it easy to relax after exploring. The bathroom had a powerful shower, which was nice, and like, who doesn’t love that? Just a tiny note, storage space was a bit limited since we had multiple bags, but it wasn't a big deal for us.

Breakfast was a delight, featuring a stunning variety of fresh, local dishes that made mornings feel special. the pool area felt cramped, particularly on sunny days, with limited loungers available. while the room was comfortable, the layout made it a bit tricky to watch TV from the sofa, which was positioned awkwardly.

This place suits me perfectly, providing free wi-fi, a swimming pool, and air conditioning. On my first stay, the staff helped me find my way. I highly recommend asking for Emily, who is incredibly helpful. I'm coming back for a weekend.
